We are a small but passionate team dedicated to rescuing dogs in need from Puerto Rico and helping them find loving forever homes in Colorado. Overpopulation and lack of resources for stray dogs have become a growing crisis in Puerto Rico. Many dogs are left to fend for themselves, including pregnant mothers and their puppies who have little chance of survival on the streets. With only a handful of rescues on the island—most of which are stretched beyond capacity—the need for action is urgent.
Our mission is to identify dogs in dire circumstances, provide them with the care they need, and transport them from Puerto Rico to Colorado. Once here, we work tirelessly to place them in loving homes. From adorable puppies to loyal adult companions, we have dogs of all sizes and ages ready to become part of your family. Julietta is a loving, adaptable pup who’s ready to bring joy to her forever home. She walks well on a leash, especially when following her pack. She’s currently working on her outdoor potty training.
Very playful, always looking for attention and ready to cuddle, unless she is actively wrestling or argument over a toy with her sister. She enjoys toys, chew bones, and of course — treats! She has been around other dogs, cats and children and does excellent with both, making her a great fit for a family home.
Julietta is up to date with her vaccines, awaiting spay and microchipping.
Usually, satos (homeless dogs from Puerto Rico) are a mix of many breeds, some chihuahua, some pit and you name it! By they are always loving and grateful. We do not know what breed Julietta is. We anticipate she will grow into a small size adult, possibly under 25 lb.

Meet Sabrina 🐶
What is describe Sabrina aka “Sabby” : she is quiet, calm, and very affectionate puppy. She loves to please her humans🥰 she is not destructive at all - and not a mouthy play biter. She is house and crate trained. She loves gathering her favorite toys and putting them with her on her puppy bed. If I were ever gonna have a foster fail, Sabby is the one!!! She’s great with other dogs, children, and adults.
She would be great with a family with or without children & other pets.
She does love her dog siblings… so probably at home with another dog would be ideal.

One year ago, Juanita was found in Puerto Rico—hit by a car, broken, and left in the heat with only a cup of water she couldn’t reach. Ruby rescued her, and thanks to your kindness, she survived surgery and began to heal.
Since then, Juanita has come so far—she’s learned to trust, loves pupcups, and even helps “manage” puppies. But her journey isn’t over. After another leg surgery and months of care, her medical costs have grown beyond what our small rescue can cover.
